The Library Can Support Your Outreach and Events
The Library offers space for your events and instruction, places for your creative displays, and venues for your official advertisements! Our Events Committee has complied a list of what we offer to help bridge you with your audience:
Showcase Your Display
We have three display cases; one in the concourse, and the other two inside the library. Campus departments, programs, and organizations are welcome to use these spaces on a first-come-first-served basis. See what we have in our current displays. To request space, fill out a Display Case Request Form and someone from the library's Events Committee will respond via email. See our Display Case Guidelines for more information.
Tent Your Event
Would paper table tents placed on our busy study tables help get your message out? You can send us a request through our table tent request form. Please read our table tent guidelines first.
Request Digital Sign Presence
