Looking for a quiet space to meditate or relax with a fun read? During our Silent Reading Party, the Rotunda will be transformed into a cozy space for reading and meditation. We’ll provide books about mindfulness, comfy chairs, and information about campus wellbeing resources. Bring a friend, your lunch, and a good book!

About Mindful Monday
Join us each Monday for a FREE 20-minute guided meditation with light stretching. These sessions are great for those beginning, sustaining, or rejuvenating their mindfulness practice and are open to all faculty and staff.
