Discover your inner calm in the Library Annex with our new Library Zen Den. The Library created a space with calm, mindfulness, and stress reduction in mind.  The Zen Den is located in the Library’s Annex on the 2nd floor which is also a designated quiet zone. A table of journaling resources, meditation resources, and a weekly prompt is available in the Zen Den space.  This space will be developed throughout the semester, so be sure to check back for updates. The Zen Den is a partnership with UMD’s Health Services.
