Library displays new board games collection in honor of International Games Week!
ALA International Games Week is November 4 - 10, and, as its name denotes, it is a worldwide collaborative with the goal of connecting communities through their libraries “around the educational, recreational, and social value” of gaming. Through the use of Student Services Fees, the Kathryn A. Martin Library was able to purchase a collection of board games this Summer to add to its collection - and this means you can check any of them out! Library users will also notice a new display on the library’s first floor which highlights a good portion of the games collection as well as game-related books. Users are encouraged to check out books and games from the display.
