Wellness & stress reduction events at your Library
During the Fall 2012 semester library staff started hosting a Stressless Week before Finals. After 15 iterations of Stressless activities, and recent feedback, we will be offering additional Stressless activities throughout the semester. Take a look at our upcoming events, and stay tuned for future programs!
March 2, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - UMD staff members from SCSE, CEHSP, and the UMD Library want to share the joy of jigsaw puzzling with you. No worries, we have plenty of extras for first-time puzzlers!
