CALM Sessions in the Library

Comfortable. Casual. Calm. Join us to learn stress reduction techniques Mondays, Wednesday, & Thursdays.

Students are invited to join us for brief relaxation sessions in the library! We will practice a different technique each week intended to help students actively de-stress, with mindfulness, breath work, meditation, and guided imagery. Most sessions will last about 30 minutes.   

CALM sessions will happen in Library 119, starting on September 18th and running until the last week of the semester.

  • Mondays from 2 to 3 p.m. 
  • Wednesdays from 12:15-12:45 p.m.
  • Thursdays from 3-4 pm

Tea and snacks will be provided.
