Make Your Vote Count

Learn how to be informed and confident on Election Day!

We all know how important it is to vote, but sometimes, voting can feel like taking a test you didn’t study for. Attend this informal and interactive workshop to learn about finding credible resources about candidates and issues, reflect on how our own opinions impact the way we evaluate information, and discuss and practice using criteria and methods for evaluating information. This free event is open to everyone in the UMD community. Snacks will be provided.
